About Us

Dr. Pat Condit grew up in Grand Rapids and attended Catholic Central High School. He completed his dental education at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and continued his training with a general practice residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. There, he gained extensive experience in dental trauma as well as treating patients with complex medical conditions.

Following his training, Dr. Condit practiced general dentistry with several offices in Chicago and Columbus. He is proud to be back in Grand Rapids and happy to serve the people in his hometown.

In mid-2019, Dr. Condit purchased the practice of Dr. M. Terry Hurt, DDS. Dr. Hurt practiced at the same location for over 50 years, treating several generations of patients. Dr. Condit is honored to carry on this great tradition and continue the same compassionate care that Dr. Hurt provided for so many years.

Dr. Condit is an active member of the American Dental Association®, the Michigan Dental Association and the West Michigan District Dental Society. He is also a former officer of the Kent County District Dental Society. He keeps up to date with the latest dental treatments by attending regular continuing education seminars.

When Dr. Condit is not in the dental office, he spends time with his wife, Meghan, their three young children, James, Elizabeth and William, and their golden retriever. He enjoys taking advantage of all the outdoor activities that West Michigan has to offer, including boating in the summer and skiing in the winter.

Sara has been a registered dental hygienist for over a decade and still loves what she does. She really enjoys building patient relationships and helping patients reach their oral hygiene goals. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, concerts, sports and her cats.

Nancy has been working in the dental field for a long time. She has been working with Dr. Condit since October of 2019 and admires his commitment to his patient’s oral health and wellness. Nancy is married to her high school sweetheart. They have three adult children. She loves spending time with her two grandchildren that live in Florida.

Jaime has over 20 years of dental assisting experience including working with dental specialists. She graduated from Grand Rapids Community College’s dental assisting program and loves to continue learning about the dental field. Outside of the office, Jaime enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children.
